Moving and Handling training

Practical training at the Opal Centre to help carers safely support moving and handling, focusing on safe techniques to reduce risk of injury.

Access to e-learning

Care skills online training units covering topics such as:

• Fire safety
• Dementia awareness 
• First aid

Carer Money Matters training 

Financial wellbeing sessions delivered by our Carers Energy Support Advisor
