Hillfields Home Energy Improvements
We are excited to share that Hillfields is part of a major effort to improve homes through retrofit. These are upgrades that make houses warmer, more energy-efficient, and cost less to heat. This is part of the Hillfields Neighbourhood Improvements, and thanks to the Devolved Retrofit Pilot, we have £3.6 million of funding to help make it happen.
What is Retrofit?
Retrofit means adding things like insulation, draught-proofing, and better heating systems to reduce heat loss and could help save money energy bills.
How does the funding work?
The £3.6 million funding will help us retrofit homes in Hillfields, but it’s important to know that funding is limited and that this project is part of a bigger aim to make homes in Coventry more energy efficient.

If your home qualifies and funding is available, someone will contact you to find out what is available and start the work
