Become a #CovConnects Partner

You play a vital role in helping people in Coventry get online.

#CovConnects is here to support you. We work alongside you to build on what you already do, helping you offer digital support in a way that fits with your service and your team. There's no one-size-fits-all-approach.

What it means to be a partner

As a #CovConnects Partner, you help people take their next step in their digital journey - whatever that looks like for them.

That might include:

  • Offering a welcoming space with free Wi-Fi
  • Providing free access to digital devices
  • Supporting people to build their digital skills
  • Helping people get online safely and confidently

Partners can be anything from community groups and libraries, charities, services and local organisations. No two partners are the same, which is one of the strengths of the programme. Whether you're a large organisation, or a small group, you can make a real difference.

How we support you

We give you the tools, guidance and connections to:

  • Access digital devices for your community
  • Upskill your team so they feel confident supporting others
  • Strengthen your existing offer with digital support
  • Grow your impact and reach more people

If you're not sure where to start, we'll support you every step of the way.

Get started

A good first step is to have a conversation with us. We'll help you explore what digital inclusion could look like in your setting.

You can book a chat with the #CovConnects team via Microsoft Teams.

Before we speak, it helps to think about:

  • Who you support and what their needs are
  • The barriers they face getting online
  • What motivates them to take the next step
  • What success might look like in 6 months' time

We might ask questions like:

  • Which communities are you working with?
  • Are you interested in running digital skills sessions?
  • Do people need devices or internet access?
  • What would you like your digital support to look like in the future?
  • How can we help you get there?
