Do you love music? Research shows that music can significantly improve the wellbeing of people living with dementia, helping to unlock memories and strengthen connections.
Join us at the Coventry Dementia Partnership Hub for a Playlist for Life session run by Library team, where you can learn how to create personalised playlists for yourself, a friend, family member, or someone you care for.
This friendly and informal session will include music, conversation, and practical guidance on using music as a tool for wellbeing.
