Continued Professional Development (CPD) 2025 to 2026

If you are an EAL Co-ordinator working in one of Coventry’s primary or secondary schools, please join us at these regular, termly meetings.

Each term, you will receive updates on the latest information and research around EAL practice, both locally and nationally.  There will be opportunities to hear about new resources.
Colleagues are also invited to share ideas and examples of good practice from their schools in short, informal presentation slots.  If you would like to do this on behalf of your school, please email admin.emas@coventry.gov.uk or emasteachers@coventry.gov.uk in advance and we’ll book you in.

Finally, you can meet and network with colleagues across the city who may be facing similar challenges, and whose experiences and solutions to these challenges could help to develop your school practice.
