To apply or extend a licence to occupy the road please ensure that you use the correct form. Failure to do so could lead to delays in processing your application.
Once your licence has been granted, you must comply with all conditions. Failure to do so could result in your licence being revoked or a fine.
- Apply for a licence to occupy the road, mobile access platform or similar, temporarily deposit building materials or other items in a street.
- Apply to extend a permit to use street or pavement space
- Apply to temporarily close the road
- Apply to place portable traffic lights on the road
