Stolen Blue Badges
Please report stolen badges to the Police. A crime reference number will be required before a replacement can be issued. Blue Badges are valuable in the wrong hands. A £10 replacement fee will be charged. If the badge is found or recovered before the badge is replaced, you must tell Customer Services. If it found or recovered after you have been given a replacement badge, you must return it to the Blue Badge team.
Lost or Damaged Blue Badges
Please check that the badge is definitely lost before you report it. Replacements are charged at £10 and once a replacement is produced we can not issue a refund. Please take care of your badge. We reserve the right to refuse to issue replacements if we receive multiple requests. If the badge is found or recovered before the badge is replaced, you must tell Customer Services. If it found or recovered after you have been given a replacement badge, you must return it to the Blue Badge team.
