How to book a park for an event
COVID guidance for event organisers
As the Covid restrictions have been removed, and as the protocol around notifying and isolating when individuals test positive remains, and with no particular local circumstances to consider we advise event organisers to;
- Event Organisers must include Covid within event risk assessments which should be updated should Covid advice either locally or nationally change and adapt event operations to meet any changes. (a condition of our letter of permission is that any changes must be implemented by an organisers at their own cost). Covid risk mitigation may vary from capacity, spacing , layout of events, and from offering sanitiser, increased cleaning, track and trace and also from promoting messages around not attending if any audience member has symptoms and offer refunds for those who must isolate
- Event organisers must follow any particular venue measures that venue owners impose
- Event organisers to support the soft messaging around Covid – i.e. messaging around vaccination, sanitising, masks, etc
- Audiences must follow Government instructions on isolation if testing positive
