Each member of our team is committed to ensuring that every student receives a personalised learning experience tailored to their individual needs, helping them to grow, thrive, and succeed.
Our top priority is to create a safe and supportive environment for all students accessing Alternative Provision. We work closely with schools, families, and providers to help students overcome barriers to learning and to ensure they feel valued and empowered throughout their educational journey. Meet our team
Coventry Alternative Provision Service Team

Donna Wood – Operations Lead
Donna oversees the operational delivery of Coventry Alternative Provision. She leads the team, manages partnerships, and ensures the service aligns with local authority priorities and quality standards.

Catherine Harding – Quality Monitoring Officer
Catherine is responsible for quality assuring and evaluating the performance of all training providers. She ensures that provisions meet both local and national expectations and supports continuous improvement across the service.
Jemma Walton – Personalised Monitoring and Outreach Officer (SEND Lead)
Jemma works directly with students, schools/SEND Department, and providers to monitor individual placements. She ensures that each student’s provision is appropriate, effective, and responsive to their needs.

Lynette Whitehouse – Personalised Monitoring and Outreach Officer (Primary Lead)
Lynette supports students throughout their placements, helping to identify and address any barriers to engagement. She plays a key role in maintaining regular communication with schools and families.

Janet Gilmore – Personalised Monitoring and Outreach Officer (Secondary Lead)
Janet provides tailored support to students and ensures that their educational experiences are positive and productive. She works closely with providers to maintain high standards of support and learning.

Charl Lynch – Senior Administrator
Charl manages the administrative functions of the service, including data coordination and management, finance and communications.

Holly Fisher – Administrator Apprentice
Holly supports the team with a range of administrative tasks, including processing referrals, while developing her skills and knowledge through her apprenticeship. She plays an important role in maintaining accurate records and supporting service delivery.
