The current garden waste permits will expire on the 31 May 2026.
If you would still like to pay for a permit ending 31 May 2026 you can only do so by telephoning our customer services team on Telephone:08085 834333
If you have a current permit you will still be able to change your address or request a replacement permit if yours is lost or stolen.
Once you have subscribed, you can use this same online form to tell us if you are moving, tell us about any permit issues, cancel your subscription (within the 14-day cooling off period) and sign up to receive email/text notifications

Open 9am–5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you do need to call us, please try to avoid our busiest times of lunchtime and early afternoon. Many queries relating to Council Tax, benefits or bin and bulky waste collections can be dealt with directly by logging into My Account.
