What you’ll earn with us
- Registered Manager - £51,356 to £57,403 plus £6,846 market supplement and additional on call payments
- Deputy Manager - £39, 152 to £46,142 [£43,067 to £50,756 per annum inc. shift allowances] with additional payment for sleeping in duties & out of hours on-call
- Senior Residential Children's Worker - £33,699 to £39,862 [£38,416 to £45,442 per annum inc. shift allowances] with additional payment for sleeping in duties.
- Residential Children's Worker - £28,598 to £34,434 pro rata per annum (£32,601 to £39,254 pro rata pa inc. shift allowances)
- Relief Worker (RCW) - £14.82 per hour
- Residential Night Care Worker - £25,989 to £29,540 pro rata per annum [£34,565 to £39,288 pro rata pa inc. shift allowances]

We are currently not offering sponsorship for any of our roles. This applies to Relief, Residential Children's Worker, Residential Night Care Worker, Senior Residential Children's Worker, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager positions.
Recruitment Process (Step by Step)
- Submit your application - Ensure your application is submitted before the deadline noted on the advert.
- Interview invitation - If your application is successful (meaning you scored high) you will be invited to an in-person interview.
- Meet our young people - If you pass the interview, you will be invited to one of our children’s homes approx 1 week later
- Conditional Job offer - If the feedback from our young people is also positive, we will send you a conditional job offer.
- Compliance checks - We will begin the Ofsted Schedule 2 checks, which include verifying your right-to-work documents, employment history, references etc and completing a DBS check. This process can take up to 2 months. Once completed and approved, your job offer will be fully confirmed and the start date formalised.
- Probation and Diploma enrolment - After successfully completing a 6-month probation period, you will be enrolled onto your Level 3/4 Residential Childcare Diploma program, which you will have 2 years to complete.
