Anonymous complaints
We value all complaints, including any made anonymously. However, we will usually only consider anonymous complaints if they contain sufficient information to enable us to make further enquiries and do anything with them. If an anonymous complaint does not provide enough information to enable us to take further action, or is repetitive, we may decide not to consider it. This judgement will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Where an anonymous complaint contains serious allegations involving individual or public safety, alleged corruption or other impropriety, these will be immediately referred to a senior manager for consideration.
