Mobility Credits privacy notice
Coventry City Council will use your personal information to allocate credits to eligible households under the Mobility Credits scheme. We will work with Transport for West Midlands, Halfords and Cycle King - Hawk Cycles Coventry to provide Mobility Credits services.
We will also share information about you with Transport for West Midlands, Halfords, and Cycle King - Hawk Cycles Coventry in order to ensure that the correct credit can be allocated to eligible households with the aim of encouraging sustainable travel journeys through walking, wheeling, cycling, and public transport.
Only after obtaining your consent, we will share with Transport for West Midlands your name and Swift card number only. This will allow Coventry City Council and Transport for West Midlands to allocate funds to your account.
Only after obtaining your consent, we will share with either Halfords or Cycle King - Hawk Cycles Coventry (depending on the choice of the resident) your name and address only. This will allow Coventry City Council and Halfords or Cycle King - Hawk Cycles Coventry to generate a voucher which can be used for the purchase of a cycle and associated equipment such as helmets, clothing or lighting.
