Stress Management and the supervisory role
This 2-hour Stress Management Course will enable those in a management capacity to recognise situations that may give rise to stress in others, help avoid stress creation and make the necessary changes to prevent or minimise stress.
Target group
This course is suitable for Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders, Heads of Department and Head Teachers.
Outcomes of the course
Delegates will be more aware of issues that may lead to stress and better equipped to deal with any problems that may arise for themselves and their team, including practical support using the online Risk Assessment form for individuals who return with a stress-related sickness.
