Emotional resilience
This 2-hour course focuses on emotional resilience, which can be described as our ability to bounce back from adversity and setbacks. Emotional resilience is a skill which can be learned through training and development. When challenges arise, emotionally resilient people remain committed and increase their efforts. A key aspect of being resilient is accepting that change always creates opportunities as well as problems to be solved.

This course is designed for anyone who wishes to learn about their own emotional resilience and how to build their emotional resilience.
