A new bus gate is now in operation in Hales Street (Zone TS)
This means that access to Hales Street, Trinity Street, Burges and Palmer Lane is now only allowed for buses, cycles, taxis, private hire vehicles, or permit holders between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. There are no restrictions on Sundays.
To access the restricted areas beyond the bus gate during restricted times, residents and businesses will need to apply for a permit, including for deliveries.
Blue Badge holders can also apply for a permit.
