Who can request an ASB case review and when?
You can request an ASB Case Review if:
- you’ve reported 3 qualifying, separate incidents, about the same issue in the past 6 months, and
- you feel no appropriate action has been taken
For the purposes of the ASB Case Review procedures, a qualifying incident must be reported within one month of the alleged behaviour taking place.
Anyone can request on your behalf — a friend, family member, carer, councillor, MP, or support worker.
