Who can request an ASB case review and when?
You can request an ASB Case Review if:
- you’ve reported three separate incidents about the same issue in the past 6 months, and
- you feel no appropriate action has been taken
- at least one report has been made during the last month
or
- you’ve reported one hate-related incident in the past 6 months, and nothing was done (hate incidents include those motivated by race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity)
Anyone can request on your behalf — a friend, family member, carer, councillor, MP, or support worker.
