How to submit a ASB Case Review Referral
You can activate the review by
- completing the online form
- by writing to Coventry City Council’s Community Safety Team at Coventry City Council PO Box 7097, Coventry, CV6 9SL
- by calling the Community Safety Team on 02476 977032
An application needs to include complete details of the incident(s) you want reviewing including dates, times, individuals involved and which agency and department it was reported to. If an application does not include these details, a review cannot be carried out.
