What isn't an ASB Case Review?

This process is for reviewing the handling of ASB cases to find new solutions.

It’s not the right process if:

  • you want to complain about poor service
  • you feel an organisation didn’t follow its policy
  • staff were rude or unhelpful
  • promises weren’t followed up (e.g. missed calls or meetings)

These concerns should go through the complaints process of the organisation involved:

If your complaint relates to another organisation, then details of their complaints process will be on their own website. Please do not use the council complaints policy to complain about another organisation.
