Awareness Session for RISE Resilience, Insight, Social skills and Emotional Regulation - Wednesday 1 April, from 3pm to 4:30pm

An awareness session to answer all the question you might have about the course.

The new RISE Workshop takes place over 4 consecutive Tuesdays starting on 7th April at 3pm. It covers the essential skills of Resilience Insight Social Skills and Emotional Regulation, these skills are crucial in a rapidly changing and challenging employment climate.

Each session will go in depth into each of these topics, the aim is to provide immediate use psychological techniques and skills to navigate the challenges in finding work and staying in work.

The workshop will be interactive, and participants are encouraged to have a particular job or challenge (confidence, anxiety, mindset etc) in mind. This will enable me to focus on individuals and provide for intensive support so they can hopefully gain employment and develop a growth mindset around learning new skills and navigating challenges both in the workplace and outside of the workplace.

All of the teaching material is based upon evidence-based neuroscience, cognitive psychology etc, and utilises ancient wisdom to help participants understand self-sabotaging internal narratives and to cultivate a more expansive and optimistic outlook.

It is open to all age groups, and is for anyone who is struggling in work, or is looking for work. It also is open for any individual struggling with their mental health/physical health, and issues surrounding neurodiversity and challenges associated with this. I want this to be as closely related to job outcomes as possible and it would be helpful if participants can be actively looking for work however I will see anyone who is motivated enough to attend all sessions.
