Wellbeing for Coventry
One-to-one, peer and group support for adults experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives. The service offers support integrating into the community, workshops and courses to better understanding of mental health, instant access to support at a drop-in hub, and targeted one-to-one mental health interventions.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line
The Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line is for Coventry and Warwickshire residents. If you are:
- feeling low, anxious or stressed
- having a difficult time coping,
- and need to talk to someone in confidence to find the right service
Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line provides:
- Connection, advice, information and signposting to other services
- 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year service

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind in partnership with Sahil and Tamarind Centre
Coventry and Warwickshire Mind offers a model of support designed around
- Wellbeing hubs offering drop-in advice and signposting services 365 days a year
- A recovery academy to provide groups and courses and one-to-one support
- 3 tiers of community short-term and intensive support
- Outreach mental health support for Black, Minority Ethnic & Asian communities (Tamarind & Sahil)
Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is aimed at supporting people in Coventry aged 18 and over
- At risk from developing mental ill health
- Those that are experiencing mental ill health to live well.

Samaritans
The Samaritans provide confidential, caring emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who have feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Call the national helpline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on 116 123 or phone the Coventry Samaritans on 024 7667 8678.

Coventry City Council runs some ‘in-house’ services which provide support to people with mental health needs:
The POD is a service that helps people in their journey towards mental health recovery. In partnership with service users it runs a number of different community based projects. Development Workers are available for appointments between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The Pod Café is open Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 12pm to 3pm.
