Request a new bin or a bin repair
We provide bin repair/replacement where your bin has been broken or stolen. We aim to repair bins, instead of replacing them, where possible.
Please note: the delivery of a new bin may take eight to ten weeks due to high demand.
- If you are asking for a blue-lidded bin (recycling), please use your green-lidded bin (rubbish) for any recycling while you are waiting for delivery
- If you are asking for a brown-lidded bin (food and garden waste), please take any waste to the Household Recycling and Reuse Centre (the tip) while you are waiting for delivery
- If you are asking for a green-lidded bin (rubbish), we will collect up to four black bin bags per week while you are waiting for delivery. It would help us if you could add a note to the bin bags explaining why they are there so they are not mistaken for flytipping.
