- Preparing light snacks, sandwiches, etc
- Observing and complying with all relevant health & safety & hygiene requirements.
- Serving customers - handling cash and cashing up. Keep finance records of all customers transactions.
- Washing up cleaning tables, ensuring the cafe area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Customer service serving face to face preferrable but not essential. Happy to multi task when necessary.
