107732: Cleaning Operative

Hours: Full Time
Location: Coventry (Travelling to different locations)
Salary:  NMW

• To go beyond the standard expectation of providing a service for residents with great care, to enrich their lives as part of a dedicated and valued supported housing team
• Ensure communal areas of our supported accommodation, operate safely and effectively, for the well-being of our residents and staff
• By cleaning empty properties and maintaining the overall presentation of the accommodation and outdoor spaces, you will enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices

108245: Delivery Driver 

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 
Location: Coventry, Bedworth and Nuneaton 
Salary: National Minimum Wage 

• Delivering customer orders, bringing in and taking goods out of the warehouse
• Age 25+ due insurance requirements
• Full driving licence required. 
• Physically able due to the nature of the products heavy lifting is expected on regular occasions.  

111137: Volunteer Stock Collection Driver

Hours: Part time 
Location: CV1 and driving to multiple locations 
Salary: Volunteering 

• Must have own vehicle to help collect donated items from various locations. 
• Need to be physically fit and active for this driver role due to the lifting and carrying of donation bags in and out of the vehicle. 
• It will be your responsibility to ensure that you have a full, valid driving licence and that your vehicle is correctly insured for carrying out collections of BHF. donations. 
• Travel will be reimbursed at the HMRC rate (currently 45p per mile).

112943: Shift Lead 

Hours: Full time 
Location: Coventry 
Salary: £14.16 per hour increasing to £14.48 per hour upon successful completion of the probationary period

• The Shift Lead is a leadership role that combines operational oversight on the warehouse floor with administrative coordination to ensure smooth and efficient shift performance.
• This role is responsible for managing daily workloads, leading warehouse assistants, and ensuring orders are processed accurately, packed correctly, and dispatched on time.
• Additionally, the Shift Lead handles key admin tasks such as printing labels, managing dispatch paperwork, and supporting fulfilment visibility.
• They act as the first point of escalation during live shifts and are essential to maintaining high standards of output, accuracy, and safety.
