116285: Programme Co-ordinator 

Salary: £40,314 per annum
Hours: 30 hours per week 
Location: Office in Nuneaton and Hybrid 

• Understand recommendations of the initial community engagement that has taken place and help shape that in collaboration with the Board to develop a robust Regeneration Plan and Investment Strategy to be submitted to MHCLG by November 2026.
• You will play a vital role in maintaining transparency, accountability and collaboration between the organisation and the Neighbourhood Board, whilst also ensuring alignment with CAVA’s charitable objectives and values.

Salary: Apprenticeship wage
Hours: Monday to Saturday - hours to be confirmed 
Location: Coventry, Walsgrave road 

• Arranging and conducting property viewings alongside experienced colleagues and interacting with clients directly.
• Administrative support, such as registering property data, producing window adverts, preparing sales particulars, and managing keys.
• Marketing and research, including using property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla, taking photographs, preparing floor plans, and understanding local market trends.

Salary: Volunteering 
Hours: Part time - 2 hours per week 
Location: Remote - working from home 

•  Strong written communication skills.
• Experience in bid writing, fundraising, grant applications, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
• Good research and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• An interest in supporting education and improving opportunities for children.
