104043: OFSTED Registered Manager

Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
Location: Nuneaton

Vacancy details: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience with children or young people in a residential setting.
• Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or a willingness to complete a Level 5 qualification through on-the-job training or an equivalent program.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Be a positive, and relationship-focused leader to build and guide the home for children with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs.

100383: Passenger Assistant

Salary: Competitive

Location: Driving to multiple locations in Coventry

Vacancy details: 

• Candidates must have an understanding of challenging behaviours and ways to work with vulnerable children, young people and adults.
• The job involves providing supporting some of our most vulnerable people across Coventry when travelling on a mini bus.
• You will be dealing with a range of challenging behaviours potentially on a daily basis.

• Deliver 1:1, face-to-face tuition in Maths & English (ages 11–16)

• You will support them both in our Learning Hub and out in the community, helping them to develop confidence, social skills, and independence through a range of activities such as visiting parks, going to the cinema or zoo, and playing football or other group games

107438: Complex Needs Support Worker

Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time 
Location: Coventry 

• You will be highly experienced in working with vulnerable people or families facing homelessness, who require support with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other needs
•  Using your knowledge and skills to help us create one of the most effective outcomes-focused services in the sector, adhering to the Making Every Adult Matter principles (MEAM)
• Deliver a blend of both individual and group sessions, with a focus on helping residents to build and develop their independent living skills and abilities, recording all engagements within our digital support system
