104043: OFSTED Registered Manager

Salary: £43,000 - £55,000 per annum

Vacancy details: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with children or young people in a residential setting.
  • Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or a willingness to complete a Level 5 qualification through on-the-job training or an equivalent program.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Be a positive, and relationship-focused leader to build and guide the home for children with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs.

Salary: £12.21 to £13.50 per hour
Hours: 12 hours shifts 08:00 to 20:00 (possibility of night shifts)

  • Ideally applicants will have previous care experience, but we will consider those that only have care experience on a personal level basis

110563: Domestic Abuse Children's Practitioner 

Salary: £28,930.13 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours term time only
Location: Across Coventry 

  • Qualification mandatory for practice, where applicable (NVQ 2 or NVQ 3)
  • Provide advice, support and services to children, young people, and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the WISH service which provide interventions for children who have experienced Domestic Abuse and for some who may require support to access the Justice System. 
  • Work with children and young people up to age 18yrs and their families on a one to one or group basis, using a variety of interventions, to identify needs and to achieve positive outcomes
  • To work co-operatively with children’s services, education, health agencies and other community-based services, to provide the most effective service for children, young people and their families and to contribute to service development.

  • You will have the ability to support the Play Leader in the planning and organisation of appropriate activities for children aged 3 to 11 years and to work within the agreed framework of procedures.
