116643: Field care supervisor and care support worker 

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full time 
Location: Across Coventry 

• Hands-on hybrid role which combines field supervision, care planning, client development and direct care.
• Reporting to the Registered Manager, the postholder will maintain high standards in the community, support carers to deliver confident and consistent care, and ensure clients feel safe, listened to and valued.
• Must have driving licence and own vehicle

Salary: £12.21 – £12.82 per hour

• Support Staff to work with children and young people aged 7 to 18 years who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• You will support them both in our Learning Hub and out in the community, helping them to develop confidence, social skills, and independence through a range of activities such as visiting parks, going to the cinema or zoo, and playing football or other group games

• You will be highly experienced in working with vulnerable people or families facing homelessness, who require support with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other needs
•  Using your knowledge and skills to help us create one of the most effective outcomes-focused services in the sector, adhering to the Making Every Adult Matter principles (MEAM)
• Deliver a blend of both individual and group sessions, with a focus on helping residents to build and develop their independent living skills and abilities, recording all engagements within our digital support system
