CV Workshops: Every Monday

Advice on what a CV should contain and what employers are looking for, with guidance to create or update a CV during the session. 

Interview Skills Workshop: Every Wednesday

Accredited interview skills training course for anyone hoping to understand the process better and practice their interview skills.

Customer Service LVL 2 Training Course: 29 July

This 4 day intensive course is designed for customers, who are struggling to find work in the customer service sector. On day 5 there will be a ‘mini jobs fair' with employers offering interview experience and potential vacancies.

WMCA Skills Roadshow: ‚Äč17 July

The roadshows are aimed at unemployed people and those wanting to get a better job, and aim to explain what training courses are on offer in the West Midlands as the WMCA takes control of the region’s £126m adult education budget. 

Thinking about Work Workshop: 8 August 

This is ideal if you are not sure if you are ready to start work, a business or studying. Unsure as to how to deal with barriers and worried and would like help finding solutions. Learn how to gain confidence and improve self-esteem.
