The One Coventry approach is rooted in collaboration, and it is through strong and effective partnerships that we have been able to respond to challenges, deliver services, and improve outcomes for our residents.
Across all priorities, from supporting residents through the cost-of-living pressures, to driving inclusive economic growth, improving outcomes for children and young people, and leading the city’s response to climate change, the contribution of our partners has been vital. We have continued to work together in a way that reflects our shared values, taking time to listen, engage and respond to the needs of our communities.
This collective commitment has enabled us to build more integrated, responsive services, strengthen community capacity, and make a meaningful difference to people’s lives across the city. Partnership working remains at the heart of our success. Whether through system leadership across children’s services, joint approaches to tackling inequalities, or collaboration with health partners, schools, the voluntary sector and wider stakeholders, we have demonstrated what can be achieved when we work together with a shared purpose.
